Kate Hart: President
and Principal Real Estate stager
 Kate is
passionate about helping Realtors and home owners to prepare their homes for
sale. Having started her career in financial sales, she uses her business
background and creativity to showcase a home’s best assets and make it appealing
to potential buyers. Kate is proud to have taught thousands of Realtors and home
sellers about the many benefits of staging and frequently gives talks to
Realtors and local organizations about getting homes ready for sale. She
believes community involvement is essential to servicing your clients and is
involved in local Realtor Associations, The Main Line Chamber of Commerce and
various charities. A graduate of the University of Virginia, she lives in Wayne
PA with her husband Chris, sons Nicholas and Benjamin and Labrador Ginny.
Jane Hagy: Lead Stager and Project Manager
 Jane Hagy has a passion and a love for staging. Having started her own staging business two years ago in the Main Line area she now joins our team as a Lead Stager and Project Manager. Jane gathers her professional experience from her time in the entertainment hospitality industry. Managing marketing programs for the Donald Trump organization for 10 years, Jane organized special events, tournaments, exclusive membership reward programs and networking events for one of Trump's four-star hotel casinos. Her love for staging came naturally- she has always enjoyed helping friends and family prepare their homes for sale. An Accredited Staging Professional, she combines her organizational and marketing talents, as well as her knack for making any space feel like a home. Jane and her husband, Tom, are proud parents of two teenage daughters, and live in Radnor, PA. The family enjoys skiing, spending time at the Jersey Shore and playing with their family dog, an English cocker spaniel, Domino.
